Arlon Lightsaber

This lightsaber hilt belongs to Arlon Navarr - played by my friend James Havens. Arlon was a Jedi Adept who came to his prime around the time of the Battle of Hoth.

Arlon was captured by the Empire and sent to the prison mines on Kessel. In the mines, Arlon constructed a lightsaber from the crystals found in the laser cutters and from spare machine parts - hence the simple shapes in the hilt.

Since the laser cutter crystals were too small for the focus of a lightsaber blade, Alron used 2 crystals in the hilt to achieve the desired effect - a blue crystal and a green crystal. When the blade is activated, the color pulsates shades between blue and green.
