Part VII - The Command Level

The Command Level holds both Station Operations and the Observation
Lounge. Station Operations monitors all space traffic in the region as
well as the internal operations of the station. Offices for the staff
are on the level below. The Observation Lounge is a walk-around
corridor with massive transparisteel windows for a nearly unobstructed
view of the comings and goings of the Trade Station.
