It's a good drawing, and the colors used and background work very well. The only thing I would suggest is making the shadow condition under her breasts less intense. The way it is currently suggests that she is very, very, "perky", and that her breasts completely block her stomach from the light source.

Still, great work so far. I especially like her face; lots of beauty and personality.
