Does anyone know what machine this is? (I mean what the clone commanders are standing on, not the LAAT/i.)

It's command center/tower of justice. It's the stuff we all used to play with when we were kids, you know, the platform your GI Joes stood on when they were on the lookout for Cobra. It's where they plan their stretegic stike of childhood pawnage.
