Creature request: Strill [Evan Black]

I wanted to know if someone would tackle the concept of a strill, a creature in Karen Traviss' Clone Commando series.

I found a creature that, aside from the descriptive differences, might be a decent template for the little guy here. And the Wookieepedia entry can be found here.
