This is a request by Avarna on a Character: "Sazaks", a female Ubese Jedi Hunter.
As per the story, she is attempting escaping her two Jedi captors (as any Ubese worthy of his/her name) using a 'liquid' line grappled on to a railing.
Unfortunately, It is not long enough. Preferring death over Jedi captivity again, she is a few miliseconds from uttering "-E-chu-tah!-" and releasing the liquid rope to a satisfying end.
What finally happens? Guess you'll have to follow Avarna's link and follow the storyline!

That's kewl! Scaling the wall puts in mind of Batman & Robin (cira 1960's). I like the look of her face as it conveys her situations.
