Triss & Mainyu
A request from Mev186 for a new picture featuring those previous characters I've drawn, Darth Mainyu and his apprentice, Trisskar. Here they are in an action pose, fighting alongside each other in an as yet unwritten scene;
"Although currently there isn't a scene that best fits the pair fighting together, as we are still in the process of writing it >_< However Triss would be looking & dressed similar to how she is in the previous images, as would Mainyu. Mainyu would be enjoying the battle, Like a kid in a candy store. After all, he's reliving his old glory days from the war. Triss would be almost...feral, primal.... a wild cat or tiger inside a human body, ready to leap out at her enemies. The fight that will be taking place would be in the thread Insurrection (link below) fighting in the streets of Iziz on Onderon, against Jedi and rebel fighters."

I hear ya Roz, I really like Mercy's style. It has a "dreamlike" quality to it. It looks realistic while being whimsical at the same time.

If I am not mistaken this looks like the palace on Onderon for KoTOR 2: The Sith Lords and it looks great. The fight scene is also awesome in the background.
The way you have been cranking out this pics don't forget to take a breath every now and then. All of us here would not want you to burn out.
It' winter in NZ isn't? It get confusing when on different sides of the planet and above or below the equator as well. Bundle up.

As for NZ, it is definitely Winter here! But today is the first nice day in Welly for a while - I can see blue sky and though it is still crisp outside it's not as frozen as it has been the last few days.

Cheers guys!! Yeah, I've had a few people ask if the background is Iziz on Onderon, which is very flattering!
Roz, yes we have Swine Flu (N1H1) over here too - it's a Pandemic now. Everyone got real worried about it but it turns out to present as no more than a minor cold for most people. I've been swabbed for it and the test came back negative, which is cool!
NZ have a few hundred confirmed cases, but no deaths as yet. We do have one 30 year-old lady in critical condition in Wellington Hospital but she had pre-existing bronchial complications to start with. So it's turned out to be not as scary as everyone thought it would be!

Okay, colour about done.
But I can't decide between the one with the force lightning and the one without...
I think with suits the stance better, and it's what I'd intended to put in there from the start, but with seems to obscure his hand a bit - what do you all think?
