It greatly depends on how the life of those who are on the commitee to approve new artists is. It can take several months for them to all get on and approve a new member. Not that it necessarily will take that long, but it can.
Also depends on when Eclipse logs in, and whether or not he catches up on everything.
Patience really is key around here, for just about everything :)
