I added some blue to get that pale feel and started coloring the left arm....more scratches I think.

Maybe one big scratch or gash on the biceps of his right arm... Very good
Also the sacks or patches or bags or whatever it is that is around the eyelids and the eyelids them selves might look better much darker,
as I said rips in the vest and trousers... when youve done more I'll see for further ajustments.

I just drew my version of him, I took a second glance, and... the're pretty much the same thing, besides of the fact that your a much better drawer than me!
