Its symbolic of her own personal philosophy shared by Countess Strom.

Leia's chain: She nobodies slave

Boushh's thermal detonator : Shes nobodies fool

Could be called Jabba's Demise as well.

That is really, really awesome. I love the philosophy and explanation behind the elements. Great design!
