Looking for a planet map for my latest game! [Tusserk *Tussy*]

Ok, this is a complicated one. I'm in the late stages of putting together a campaign, most of which will be taking place on a world named Arcanum. While I can pull out a box of crayons and draw a map as well as any toddler, I am hoping to present something of higher quality to my players when we get started.

The planet is of similar size to Earth. It also has two moons.
-One of these moons is white, pockmarked, and a little egg shaped.
-The second moon is perfectly round and featureless. This second moon glows faintly red and leaves a very faint comet like tail.

The main part of the campaign will be taking place where two continents are connected by a long island chain.
-The northern continent is in the far north, it is a cold and harsh environment dominated by rivers and frozen mountains.
-The southern continent is fairly temporate, covered with rolling hills and vast plains, only the southernmost regions see ice year round.
-The island chain that connects these two continents is made up of several hundred small islands with a single large island at its center. Many of these islands are covered in forest or jungle. The middle island is an island the same way that Japan is "just an island" Its a massive oblong island about 2/3 as thick as it is long. This island straddles the equator and has a small mountain range that cuts it almost perfectly in half.

The other three continents are quite a ways from the first two.
-The first of these dominates the equator. It is the largest continent on the planet and is little more than a desert wasteland.
-The continentjust to the northeast of the desert continent is made up mostly of dense jungles. The northern 1/10 of the continent is made up of plains.
-The continent SSW of the desert continent is mostly plains and forests, its southern and western shorelines are dominated by impassable swamps.

Other stuff.
-I think it would be neat to have a nautical style compass somewhere on the map.

Artists will have almost complete freedom in creating the continents. The only place I have drawn even a basic map for is the middle island of the island chain connecting the two primary continents.

If anyone is interested, please let me know! I'll be happy to give more details if they are needed.
