Neti Jedi [Request]

KaelWinters requested an image of his Neti Jedi character; I sketched and inked this figure quite some time ago, but every attempt I've made to colour it has ended in misery! So, I decided to leave this one as-is, and draw another piece to satisfy me desire to get a coloured version of this character. (Anyone who'd like to take a shot at colouring this guy, feel free, I can send you a much higher-res version of the lineart too!)
