Droids are far from my forte, hence the incredibly stock-standard pose. I'm practising! He's an Ultra Battle Droid, not deviating too terribly from the norm aside from the gratuitous paint job, and his 'hands', which the GM decreed were a little less like the traditional stubby-finger-clamps type things normally seen on your average B3, and a little more like creepy cylon centurion hands.

The Squad in Action

...before Toaster so abruptly left the Squad, we played a hand in liberating Mon Calamari from Imperial occupation, seizing control of a heavily guarded communications tower at a critical moment in the uprising! It was a pretty memorable fight, featuring such moments as Toaster (allegedly by accident!) throwing a couple of giant machines on top of Lonar, and Nimeq leaping on top of another said machine and 'throwing a grenade down its nom noms'. Fun times, fun times!

Shan Do's Redemption

The saga of Omega Squad continues!!

So, the squad finally tracked down Umwaw Naduun, the Ithorian Jedi who had been Shan Do's former Master. Whom Shan Do promptly began trying to murder. HOWEVER! Defending Umwaw was not so straightforward as the squad would have hoped, because they kept seeing flickers of Toaster's personality trying to break through, only to be constantly beaten down by Shan Do.

I've got to admit, I loves drawing me some Force ghosts.

Request by swrpggm, that was just too entertaining a concept for me to pass up! I left off Phil's weapons, because they just weren't working for me, but hopefully it doesn't detract from the character. That little guy he's talking to is supposed to be facepalming, but I don't know how well that comes across. Heh.

The Past in His Hands

So, eventually Toaster was given the opportunity to learn everything of his past... courtesy of a highly classified data disk that Lord Vader managed to obtain. When Tusserk learned that Vader had offered to make a deal with Toaster in return for the information, he strictly forbade the droid from any further contact with the Dark Lord, sensing that absolutely NO GOOD could possibly come of it.

WHEE. I'm done!

This insane thing is what has been keeping me busy the last week or so... basically a HAPPY BIRTHDAY to our most illustrious GM (who also happens to be married to me), from the Star Wars universe he's created. This is by no means EVERYONE we've encountered during our almost-two-years of campaign, but it's definitely all the PCs, all the squad's NPCs, and other notable recurring characters in our world.

On Felucia

A quick little scenic piece I did after the squad completed a successful escort mission to Felucia- which also happened to be Tusserk's first mission as a fully-fledged Jedi Knight! Tusserk and Toaster talked looong into the night, with Tusserk in the end agreeing to train Toaster as a Jedi; not because Toaster had any real desire to become a Jedi himself, but because it was plain that he was rapidly growing in strength and power, and Tuss was concerned that without any direction or discipline, he would meander too far onto a most undesirable path...

This scene is from a rather epic session that happened about a year ago now, but I've finally gotten myself together to actually illustrate it. Tusserk was having enough trouble dealing with his own issues, desperately trying to prove his worth as a Padawan so that his could re-continue his training... let alone trying to keep the rest of the squad walking a good path!
