Planetary Patrol Vessel
An Imperial Patrol Vessel.
Bullet Time...
Well, thats the project codename working title... I did this recently for a good friend of mine Jay "johnnyputrid" Main, for a project he's been working on, soon to be released as a ... I'd better say no more. Just be on the lookout for a fanbook in the near future in the d20 section of the SWRPGNetwork Holonet forums!
Since I can't talk about the project details, I can talk a bit about this image.
Theres something about a sunset that I like. Maybe its the orangey-hue that color tints everything in sight.
Hardly star-warsy alien vessel
I didn't really care much how this came out :P It was a quickie, so thereof the sloppyness... Hope you like it anyway...
Ship......no name currently
After reading about the serpant dragon request I started doodling alot. I'm about to the sixth incarnation of the dang thing and still not happy. I will practice ship design.
The Min's Wind
The Pirate Ship Min's Wind roams the edges of the Outer Rim toward the Unknown Regions. Also a lisensed privateering vessel for the Empire, The Min's Wind sports powerful sublight drives, a ragtag squadron of starfighter uglies, a multitude of turbolasers and tractor beams, and a bow mounted ion cannon capable of disabling ships twice its size.
Repulsorlift schooner
Not quite a sail barge, not as small as a skiff, this beauty is a fast & elegant way to race across the sands or any opem terrain
Mission's swoop
This is what Mission Vao's swoop would have looked like if she had one. She probably got one after she became a Republic soldier... I guess. This is somewhat based on the swoops you can drive in KOTOR, so I really can't take full credit for the overall design but it's drawn from scratch and by what I remember of the general looks of the swoop in the game.
Maintenance craft
I wasn't sure whether to label this a starhip or vehicle but I guess it's more of a hovering vehicle than a ship designed to travel long distances.
Tramp Freighter
This is a new design for a Tramp Freighter. I've had this idea rolling around for a while. I finally had some time to put it down on paper.
All of the cargo is stored in standard containers on the outside of the ship. While this would usually make the cargo vulnerable, this vessel's excessive armaments keep the containers safe. Directly behind the cockpit are two forward facing laser cannons. There is a quad-gun mounted in the tail. In addition, the laser cannons on the waist of the ship are on a ring that can swivel 360°, providing an excellent field of fire.
The Where Credit's Due
I did this drawing as a request over on the JC Boards a few years back. With the requestor's permission, I borroed this design fro my own storyline as well.
The Where Credit's Due was a tramp freighter that was owned and operated by the Sullustan Nyib Nyea. Among her crew were two Rodian orphans from Nar Shadda. Beroodo, the older of the two, worked his way into the pilot's chair of the Where Credit's Due, where he learned the skills that later made him one of the best extraction pilots the Rebel Alliance special forces had ever seen.
Vourren Fighter Carrier
The strength of the Vourren fleet lies in its Starfighter Carriers. The smallest of these vessels carries 90 battle ready starfighters on the outer docking drum. Newer expanded models carry three times that. In battle, the Vourren pilots are loaded into their waiting fighters, which are then able to launch immediately, without lining up to exit a hangar bay. The docking drum is protect by an elaborate shield system. Once a starfighter's systems are green the shield control automatically opens a small window in which the fighter exits.
Vourren Starfighter
The Insectoid Vourren utilize these small, maneuverable starfighters to ovewhelm and swarm their enemies. Much like the TIE fighter, they lack hyperdrives and shields, but are often superior in battle based on their numbers alone.
These starfighters nest on the outer docking drum of Vourren fighter carriers. They dock with the canopy toward the drum. Once the magnetic seal is formed, the entire egress section of the fighter retracts into the carrier.
Modified Sentinel-class Landing Craft: "Siren"
M/SLC "Siren"
This is a deckplan of the Modified Sentinel-class landing Craft "Siren", owned by Davin Ingram Kabak, Jedi Knight.
Sentinel-class Landing Craft: Stock Deckplan (Labeled)
A deckplan for the Sentinel-class Landing Craft (in stock configuration). This deckplan is an original work, derived from the schematics in the Essential Guide to Vehicles and Vessels. This is the only known 'official' source of orthographic (Top, Front, Left) drawings of the Sentinel.
I-Wing Starfighter
The I-Wing Starfighter was done as a request on TF.N boards. The concept was a post Vong era fighter, based loosely on the X-Wing, but with a less complicated mechanical design so that more of the cost could be concentrated on stealth technology.
Evolved Sith Starfighter
This starfighter was done a request over on TF.N boards a while back. The concept was that the design of the Sith starfighter from the KOTOR era was melded with new TIE technology.
O-Wing - Mark VII
The Auquavian's O-Wing - Mark VII was a true space superiority starfighter. With this model, the Aquavians worked out all of the issues that had given earlier versions a bad reputation. This was done with first class avionics and the addition of a second astromech for the complicated flight calculations required for peak performance.
Though the improvements were tested and proven, the cost was high and the O-Wing's reputation still kept sales low.
O-Wing - Mark II
The Aquavians of Mantithea, though stringent isolationists, are very skilled and capable starship builders.
Because the Aquavians themselves are able to fly, they have a very special and instinctual aptitude for designing flying vehicles.
The Eventide
The Eventide is the patrol craft used by Special Agent Tat Argota of the Sector Marshalls. Roughly the same size and capabilities of the more iconic Firespray, this KDY design actually saw a moderately successful production run.
The Eventide sports a bunk, galley, stasis holding cell and small crime lab. For a vessel its size, it also has respectable weapons and surprising maneuverability.
Miner's Town Patrolman
The rank and file law enforcement on Mon Gazza. Their idealism and resolve will likely chip away as fast as the paint job on their standard issue Ikas-Adno Dust Devil speeder bike.
The Kindered Spectre
When the Chiss Jedi, Tranoj, found the wreckage of a Sith vessel in the ruins of a Vourren cavern, collapsed some 300 years earlier, he knew this ship was destined to help him complete his training. With the help of Aquavian master starship builders, the Rayven was resurrected and reborn as the Kindered Spectre.
The Rayven
The Rayven is the Heavily armed, yet stealthy, Sith Infiltrator belonging to Darth Temptuous. Temptuous and The Rayven were destroyed in a cavern collapse during her final monumental battel with here former ally, the Jedi Jordan Farseer.
The Sith's Herald
The Sith have always used customized Sith infiltrators to execute their secretive plans. Approximately 300 years before the Battel of Yavin, the Weequay Dark Lord, Darth Omen used his Sith's Herald in his quest to prepare the way for the day the Sith would again rule the galaxy.
Ask Jybz
Once a deadbeat sergeant of the Miner's Town Police, Ask Jybz enjoyed a brief moment of success celebrity by apprehending the elusive criminal Grith Sak'yal, with the help of a group of young Jedi. His career came to an end when Sak'yal escaped his hospitalized incarceration, killing several MTP patrol officers along the way.
Got an engine? Then i can drive it!
(Or Veknoid Rebel Special Forces driver)
This is one of my very favourite charracters, sadly i havent gotten to play it much at all...
He is cocky, and he has a right to be, he has more then a few tricks up his sleave and he can drive anything that moves and arent afraid to drive in ANY condition.
If you wanna get to the place and back in one piece then this lill' fella' is your man!
Modified YT-1300
This is a Modified YT-1300 based on various blueprint designs that are floating around out there. I don't normally do vehicle designs so this was kind of an interesting experiment.
