Military Speeder-Bike
A more militant look to my earlier design. ;)
Custom Speeder-Bike
A custom speeder-bike I designed awhile back. I really like the look. ;)

Behind Imperial Lines
Actually, this is my first effort at fan art? Very traditional approach, oils on panel. The image itself is sharp, but the photographic effect of trying to shoot a picture of a wet oil painting causes a certain "fluorescing", that is visible as a fuzziness and soft fuzzy spots. I entered it in an SOE Fan-Art contest... and got 2nd place. The experience convinced me it was time to learn some photoshop skills...
KYD Luxury Yacht
This design is another of the constituent ships that made up the Min's Wind.
These powerful, graceful yachts were a product of the Kuat Drive yards in the decade before the Clone Wars. At nearly 500 meters in length, they were indeed, for those only with the deepest of pockets.
The vessels included a landing bay with room enough for six small shuttles, extravigant guest suites, richly furnished living areas, and a customizable ballroom.
Modular Cruiser
A long time ago... I promised to create and post drawings of some of the vessels that were used to construct the pirate ship Min's Wind. This is one of those ships.
This is a modular cruiser. Each section is designed to be easily removed, inserted, or modified to fit the needs of the mission. This design made this style vessel ideal for use as a freighter as well as a fighter carrier.
The Wordbird
The Wordbird, a down-and-dirty Citadel Cruiser used by the folks in Tusserk's gaming group.

Hurry Up Lucy, we've got company!
Here's another oldie, from my first year of rendering. Not sure how this one didn't get submitted to SWAG. Yes, its a cross-over, and a classic favorite roleplaying one-shot at that.

Racing Airspeeder
When podracing became outlawed on many planets, speed enthusiasts turned their passions toward slightly more predictable craft. Souped up airspeeders became a mainstay of racing throughout the Mid and Outer Rims.
Sport Airspeeder
This is a one person sport airspeeder used as a plaything for those who can afford them. Modified version of this model are used for speeder racing throughout the Mid-Rim.

Centurian Combat Airspeeder
I don't remember what I was going to do with this anymore, but yep it's an airspeeder.
Maybe someone out there is in need of an unusual airspeeder.

Free Trader 2 - Modular Hanger Deck Detail
Mechanical pencil on cartridge paper.
Following on from the modular free trader design, details of a scabbed-on hanger deck for smaller ships such as landers and close-orbit vehicles.
Free Trader Concept 1
Mechanical pencil on cartridge paper.
A design sketch for a generic free trader ship. While specific designs can be used on profitable bulk contracts, a free trader may need something theat can adapt. THis ship is basically a huge tug, all engines, a cockpit and living quarters. Cargo pods are simply plugged into the sides, allowing the ship to be quickly configured for a variety of loads. Imagine an 18-wheeler tractor that can pull a variety of trailers.
Ultralight Swoop
While the speeder bikes in EpIII are militarily effecient in a Zundapp-motorbike kind of way, I thought that there should be a CBR-style lightweight version for the more affluent side of the galaxy. This is the kind of thing that you might see slongside the yellow sport-flyer on Coruscant, flashy and fast reather than utilitarian and practical.
Kiowa Class Dropship - 3
the final version of the design replaces the compound-curve canopy with a flat-pane-and-frame version, which allows for armoured transparencies and a much stronger canopy. I'm still not sure which I prefer, but if you were building a full-size prop for a feature film then this would be easier (and much cheaper) to make. Of course, CG lets you do all sorts of clever shapes, but I still rather like the idea of a prop you can sit in.
Kiowa Class Dropship - 2
This second go at the design resolved a few important details, mainly the rake of the canopy frame. The original version was in the way of the ejector seat path-of-travel - a failure of the canopy jettison system would have resulted in the pilot hitting the frame - not a good idea.
Kiowa Dropship Cockpit Design - 1
This is the first of a series of sketches for the design of a cockpit for a troop dropship. This drawing is based on a very rough sketch that a fellow gamer gave me, asking for help in resolvign a few details. It quickly became apparent that there were a few problems with this first cut of the design. The next drawing was a much better go at it.
Sandwalker
A handy piece of equipment for catching droids or small animals. Or small droid animals, I guess. I don't think I'm gonna try drawing a net again any time soon, though.
