The Lok Revenants

The Lok Revenants, also known as the Lok Resistance, were a group of pirates operating out of Lok in the Karthakk system prior, during and after the Clone Wars. The Revenants were led by the pirate captain Nym.

Jannik the White

A pale-skinned Rodian from Rodia, Jannik, commonly known as Jannik the White, was the leader of the Reeven Clan around the time of the Separatist crisis, and fought in a Rodian honor war against the Cairn Clan in 26 BBY. Jannik enlisted the help of a Feeorin pirate named Nym for the wars, knowing his clan was greatly outnumbered by Evo the Blue's warriors. Nym helped them defeat Evo, and also stole treasures from the Rodian Grand Protector, the profits of which he split with Jannik.

Jinkins

Jinkins was a male Bith who designed the Havoc, and served as an engineer and general aide to the pirate captain Nym.

Kole

Kole was a male Chadra-Fan who was part of Nym's Lok Revenants, and served as the Feeorin's co-pilot and first mate on-board his ship, Havoc. Kole was known to be a master of disguise, and had, according to Nym, at one time successfully impersonated a Republic Senator.

Nym

Nym the Pirate.
Nym was a Feeorin pirate who led the Lok Revenants. Known for his theft and subsequent use of a prototype Scurrg H-6 bomber, the Havoc, Nym's depredations eventually earned him the ire of the Trade Federation, who hired mercenary Vana Sage to capture and imprison him. However, Nym escaped from her imprisonment, only to find that Sage, who had been double-crossed by the Trade Federation herself, wished to ally with him to inflict further damage on the Trade Federation.

Rutian Twi lek Pirate

Ryll Noma, a Rutian Twi'lek Pirate, named after the drug, is seen here standing in front of the Lok Revenants symbol, sporting her favored weapons; a 434 DeathHammer blaster pistol, a Song-Steel Cutlass, and a vibro-knife, tucked away in her boot. She is as dangerous as she is beautiful. Woe to any man that attracts her fancy or wishes to tame her heart.

Clone Wars Pino'Chett

New Republic Special Forces; SPECTR

Design I came up with for a Star Wars RPG game I ran where the players were members of SPECTR, a top secret branch of the New Republic Special Forces whose sole job it was to go into still Imperial-held areas and bring them down from the inside with minimum damage to the systems infrastructure.

BTL-S8 K-Wing "Thunderbolt" Insignia

This is the flight insignia for the BTL-S8 K-Wing "Thunderbolt". The design of this insignia was based on the flight patch for the USAF A-10 Thunderbolt II.

The Aurebesh translates as, from top to bottom as: BTL-S8 K-Wing, Thunderbolt

4th BTN 88th RGT Air Assault DIV

Here is the insignia for the 4th BTN 88th RGT Air Assault DIV who operated the LAAT-i Assassin during the Clone Wars.

The Aurabesh translates as from top to bottom as LAAT-i Assassin, "Feet First, Into HELL!!!" and 4th BTN 88th RGT Air Assault DIV

Wampa Squadron

This is the insignia for Wampa Squadron, Like Wolfpack Squadron, I was blackmailed into doing this one for my wife's Star Wars RPG group. As of this time, their back-story is still being written, when it's finalized, I'll post it up here for all of you.

Wolfpack Squadron

Here is the insignia for Wolfpack Squadron. I was blackmailed into doing this insignia for my wife's Star Wars RPG group. According to the back-story, The Wolfpack was formed at the very beginning of the formation of the Alliance to Restore the Republic, originally flying Incom Z-95 Headhunters in front line combat operations. As more advanced fighters were aquired and more squadrons with these fighters were added to the Order of Battle, The Wolfpack was reassigned to the Moon of Folor as a Basic Flight Instruction Squadron, still operating their original Z-95 Headhunters.

Y-Wing 50th Anniversary

Since I did a 25th Anniversary insignia for the X-Wing, I thought that it would only be fare to do a 50th Anniversary insignia for the Y-Wing. The Aurabesh translates as from top to bottom 50 Years, BTL Series Y-Wing. ENJOY.

I went back to the drawing board and revised the "triangle type" flight insignia that I did for the T-65C X-Wing. I think that this one looks a lot nicer.

New Republic Starfighter Command Heritage Flight

This is the insignia for the New Republic Starfighter Command Heritage Flight. Heritage Flight was formed three years after the Battle of Endor in response to the general public wanting to know more about the fighters, fighter squadrons and the brave beings who fought and were often victorious against an overwhelmingly superior enemy. Heritage Flight was a P.R. and recruitment success for the New Republic in a way that no one could have predicted.

New Republic Starfighter Command

A friend of mine told me that the Rebel Legion once did a run of patches for what they referred to as Starfighter Command. After someone complained about the design, the Rebel Legion dropped the design. My friend sent me a link to a discussion thread on the subject and I found a picture of the patch sewn on a leather flight jacket. I liked the design so much, that I decided to re-create it with some differences. Now instead of saying Rebel Legion Starfighter Command in English, it now reads New Republic Starfighter Command in Aurabesh.

Nomad Squadron Insignia

This is the insignia for Nomad Squadron, they are currently deployed in the F/A-88 B-Wing. Along with Twin-Suns Squadron and Blackmoon Squadron they are charged with the defense of the Hyperspace Routes in the Arkanis sector from any Imperial Remnant Forces and Space Pirates. The three squadrons are based on the Quasar-Fire Class Carrier Independence, with a home port and support facilities on the planet Tattooine, in the city of Mos Estrella.

X-Wing Triangle v.2

Here is the second version of the T-65C X-Wing Triangle Flight Patch/Insignia. I was never really happy with the first version that I did, so I decided to go back to the drawing board, so to speak. The same way that I went back to the drawing board with the BTL-A4 Y-Wing Flight Patch/Insignia.

E/ARC-170 Flight Insignia

In keeping with Hangarbay94s great back-story regarding the Rebel ARC-170s I thought that the ones that you described as having updated sensors to detect cloaked craft could be a variant on the Intruder, such as in the US Navy the EA-6 was a electronic warfare variant of the proven A-6. So I hope you don't mind, but I took the liberty of expanding on this theory to turn the ARC-170 Intruder into the E/ARC-170 Prowler.

ARC-170 Intruder Flight Insignia v.2

I took a second look at the Intruder Flight Insignia/Patch that I did and after my cousin, a former US Navy A-6 Intruder driver provided me with a patch, I went back to the drawing board, so to speak and modified my design to more closely resemble the real life patch. First, I lost the ARC-170 designation at the bottom, re-aligned some of the elements and finally added "chevrons" on the top to represent radar/sensor emissions and bottom chevrons to represent advanced targeting sensors.

T-65A X-Wing Flight Test Team Insignia

Here is a version on the insignia that I created for the for the Test Flight Team. I made it on the assumption that the X-Wing project was first established during the final days of the Old Republic as a replacement for the Z-95 Headhunter and that by the Battle of Coursant Incom was flight testing the T-65A prototypes with the hope of the craft being approved for production by the Old Republic Navy. Well, we all know how badly that story ended for Incom and the T-65.

Silver Knights Squadron Insignia

Here is the insignia for Wild Knights Squadron. The Squadron was formed shortly before the Battle of Endor utilizing the new Slayn and Korprill SA-90A B-Wing Fighter. The Silver Knights were responsible for single-handedly defeating and disabling 11 Imperial II Class Star Destroyers during the Battle of Endor.

Gunfighters Squadron Insignia

Here is the insignia for Gunfighters Squadron. The unit was formed shortly after the Battle of Endor to function primarily as a test and evaluation squadron for new proposed starfighters. When the squadron was issued the new Feri-Tek T-72A E-Wing, they immediately pointed out that while the fighter has superior speed and maneuverability then the current fighters in use it also had sub-standard laser cannons.

X-Wing 25th Anniversary Flight Insignia

One of my fellow pilots and I were talking about plane insignias and the subject turned to why don't they have anniversary insignias for fighter planes. (truth be known, there has never been an anniversary insignia for my plane, the F-16 Viper please forget that "Fighting Falcon" non-sense LOL) which entered service in 1978! So I decided to make a 25th anniversary insignia for the T-65 X-Wing. The primary color is silver, since that is the 25th anniversary color. ENJOY and please use it any way would like to!

The Aurabesh translates from top to bottom as "T-65C X-Wing 25 Years of Service".

Saber Squadron

Here is the flight insignia for Saber Squadron. The squadron is currently under the command of Captain Dyson Nerada and currently deployed as an interceptor squadron on board the N.R.N Star Destroyer Fearless. Saber Squadron was formed after the Battle of Endor in the memory of A-Wing pilot Lieutenant Arvel Crynyd who gave his own life to disable and aid in the destruction of the Super Star Destroyer Executor. Since the formation of the squadron, they have pioneered new and effective aerospace combat techniques that the N.R.N. now incorporates into it's fighter training programs.

Renegade Squadron

Here is the insignia for Renegade Squadron. The squadron was originally designated as Renegade Flight under the command of Arhul Narra. Pilots who served under him often called him "The Boss" or shortened his name to "Narr". 2 ABY, Renegade Flight was destroyed and Narra was killed while escorting a convoy carrying supplies for Echo Base. The convoy was near Derra IV when it was ambushed by an Imperial Star Destroyer and several squadrons of TIE fighters led by Soontir Fel. Every Alliance vessel present at the battle was destroyed.

Panthers Squadron Insignia

Here is the insignia for Panther Squadron. Done by special request for rmh971974 over at deviantart.com. Unfortunately, I don't know anything at all about this squadron. rmh971974 uses it in his Star Wars RPG.

Krayt Squadron Insignia

Here is the insignia for the New Republic Navy's Krayt Squadron, Named after the fierce Krayt Dragon native to Tatooine and prized for it's gizzard pearls. If you look closely you can see the Krayt Dragon holding one of them.

Krayt Squadron currently operates the Dodonna/Blissex RZ-1 A-Wing Interceptor.
