Member since: 2007I finally got started on coloring this request, submitted by Gama, who is extremely patient btw! So far I like the colors, but of course we'll see out it all pans out. ONe thing I've learned is that I need to have really tight pencils before I get started coloring. Otherwise I'm left to try finishing the drawing digitally and I just don't have enough experience for that right now.

Batty, this is looking really great, a quick side note though, when you update an existing blog it'll automatically float back to the top of the heap, so if you'll put all your images for one image together on a single blog, we'll get to see all of them.

As much as I'm loving your art, I must put in a note here. Though this is star wars and anything could happen, Imperials are pretty darn anti-alien; so unless the 'Dosh has a bounty hunter that has been given a set of clone armor that he's personalized abit or painted a different color, technically he'd be in some deep trouble. Of course he could be pulling a Luke Skywalker and lost his helmet... But apparently, he has been hired and is taking point in front of the troopers with that B.A. gun, so.... just throwing that out there.
I like the look of a red 'Dosh though.

IR, I see your point and can agree that this scenario most likely couldn't happen. But then again, most likely none of this could happen; lightsabers, fire in space and ewoks taking down the empire, but I digress. The beauty of SW is its pure fantasy, where anything can happen. I think the pic makes for an interesting story, lol!
