Member since: 2008So, as I was begining to make arrangments to begin a request, it was suggested that I do the party I am in ( or was, as we are not currently playing). As more people said they cant wait to see it I agreed.
The problem is, after doing a sketch and talking to people, I realized that there are 14 characters in our party, 8 droids, and was going to throw in 6 storm troopers and an officer. This is going to be huge ( and I already draw big ) I may have to leave the droids out. I mean seriously, if you follow me at all you'll notice a trail of incompletes littering the highway. can I drum up enough attention span to do this?
Well with some peer preasure I am going to give it a shot. But this will take me some time. So I will continue to check in but will be under the gun to get this complete or at least show them progress.

Still loadable......Added the NPC Gamorean, Don on the far left and finished Seth's leg and helmet. Added some crates to since we are all about the loot!
Everyone is being drawn seperatly, trace and added here. May want to do basic color on the other pages and re-insert them....we'll see.

Ok, this will be the far left of the picture. Starting at left
Fred- Kinda an impatient sort, will kill you if you annoy him.If he doesn't like you he will melt you in acid he keeps in his freighter
Seth- Female psycho in red storm trooper armor. Uses a vibro-axe or a disruptor rifle, HATES Twi'leks and is all she can do not to kill them on sight.
(in back) Bill- Street wise guy who was only with us a couple of times....got us some killer deals on ship parts and has not returned.
Arron- One of the few aleins. Also a cracker jack mechanic. Huge into modifing anything he takes apart.
Clint ( in robes) Kinda-sorta has fallen jedi. Red light sabre, choking, errie plotting sort.
NPC- twi'lek apprentance to clint.
Took out Don. will put back later. Was supposed to be holding his colar up to hide behind it but looked more like he was talking on a cell phone.
Minus Arron this was Death force 5. A party our GM had ran before. Our time line runs in sinc with episodes 4,5,6. They had gone through it and when the deathstar exploded, transmitted the image around the galaxy. Don, in a not so smart move allowed his face to be seen in the image and is now fairly wanted by the Emipre.
The second group, Displaced Artifact Company, started when our GM told me he was thinking of starting the old game again. I didn't want to make a mid level character because I wanted some attachment to him so he agreed to run me on the side to get caught up in levels. Soon there were quite a few of us and then we merged.
Death Squad 5, as thier name implies, shoot first and blow it up later. Displaced Artifact Company on the other hand will take everything from a tomb and go back to steal the doors and tiles off the floor and walls ( we did just that too..)
Sadly the two combined was a huge fail. We were all lined up to help a mob lord overthrough some Empire monkey. I missed a session.... when I returned, they didnt trust the mob guy so they double crossed him first. So when I came back the city was burning, the Empire was showing up in force, the mob guy was ticked off and we were scrambling to get off world having failed in our mission and not having any loot to show for it....thus ended our epic adventure.
This is looking extremely awesome so far. YOU MUST COMPLETE I COMMAND YOU.

honestly....I just fornd out that one of the characters is a Givin rouge jedi. After some scetches it looks like the bad guy from scream. Now I can either leave the hood down and make a serious looking Givin, or go with the gift that was handed to me and run with it and have him lurking in the back looking close to the scary movie mask.......Decisions!
I say go with the Scream motif. Also, this is supremely awesome!

worked a long one today as well but managed to get My apprentice done and Victor's character, A female A-wing pilot that throws bombs when scared. Made her about 5ft. 2 in tall. Also managed to re-size the Twi'lek...guessed she was about 6 ft 6 before hand....little big.
Sheew!...OK the next time I update there will be some base color on this pic. I do believe that it will be loaded Half a pic at a time to keep the file smaller, and to allow for a better view.
On a side note I personally count this as 15 request, cause. DANG.

Ok..So it kinda looks like I grabbed a random kid from a playground to color it in...but gimme a break..it's just to get an idea here people...lol
Oh.. I also forgot to say..I am deeply sorry for the charcter on the far right. It is my GM's character. And if he says "he looks just like Han Solo from episode 4 with a heavy blaster, long hair and a light sabre hanging from his belt." then thats what he looks like. Because he decides the next word in the sentance.." you open the door to find a Crate..." it could be ...of blasters, or dragon. I want blasters.
I hve decided to do the rare background on this one....Not just smokey black. It's simple to do but involves many dots...MANY, many dots. A wee bit on the time consuming side. I needed to think of a background before shading...didnt want a heep load of shadows then put them in the sun, or vice versa. Thank you all for your comments, they are what keep me going on these things.

Loving this, btw. Just loving it-- even IF Han-clone got a bit of a snigger out of me.
I did talk the GM ( Randy ) into allowing me to put a beard and some grey in the hair to give him the wise character look. It does wonders to get rid of the Han look...But the outfit is unmistakable Han...So he now kinda looks like a dude at a convention in his outfit.
ok.. did some background...started at left and worked to the right...got lazy near the end but, hey....it's not all black.
Background looks great.
