Behind Imperial Lines
Actually, this is my first effort at fan art? Very traditional approach, oils on panel. The image itself is sharp, but the photographic effect of trying to shoot a picture of a wet oil painting causes a certain "fluorescing", that is visible as a fuzziness and soft fuzzy spots. I entered it in an SOE Fan-Art contest... and got 2nd place. The experience convinced me it was time to learn some photoshop skills...
I like it .. it looks gritty and dirty like it was taken in the field. Very nice work.
LAG!
WOW. Reminds me of the old Galactic Battlegrounds game. I think that's what it was called, the old SW RTS game...

Oh that is GREAT!!
Heh, I too have experienced the frustration of taking an accurate photo of a painting. I have yet to ever get it really looking 'right'!! What size is it?
Wow!
This could be a movie poster.
Nice work!
I love this alot. The swirling dust and the ship in the background is super impressive.
Awesome work. I've never had the chance to work with oils myself.
Very good work. ;)

I love this! Fantastic job!
Man, this is nice work!!
I can see why you placed so highly!
Incredibly surreal in quality. Dark, dreary, forboding in feel. Great group shot.
