The base has facilities for the continued education of the Jedi students as well as a Meditation Chamber that was converted to a garden by Tionne.
The base has several emergency plans including escape pods and a 'Panic Room' security vault. The Vault is usually used to store Jedi artifacts, but can hold the youngest children if the base is invaded.
