Siinkuu

The Siinkuu has three very different phases of life. The first, the land stage, the Siinkuu is a slow ground dweller that survives as a species mostly due to the large number of young produced. It is armored to protect is from razor grass.

After a hibernation period in which the siinkuu is in a virtual cocoon of razor grass, it emerges as a beautiful avian. Highly prized for both its song and its gorgeous feathers.

Eventually they take to the oceans, shed their feathers and become the giant ocean-dwelling predators of the third stage.
